Sterling Erection Net Systems

Also known as a Barrier Lift Net Arrangement, this system is designed to be raised and lowered like a flag on a flagpole. This allows the user to take down and remove the net when necessary. Sections can be made to any length to fit your needs.

1. 3/16" (7x19) Galvanized Aircraft Cable attached to Border 1/4" rope. Steel cable will not stretch over time like a rope will.
2. The cable, net border rope, and net length is increased approximately 5% to allow for the cantilever weight effect.
3. 3" Diameter Lift Ring at each pole location to receive hook / lift net line.
4. The netting is attached to a 1/4" border rope and then attached to the steel cable. Rings are attached to the ends of the cable and at the midpoints where there are poles and lift points.
5. Pull down cable or rope.
6. Netting Style - Any net style can be used. The most important factor is color. Black should be used for maximum ultraviolet protection.
